Maria London Events started in 2005 with the name The Shaadi Planners. It was the dream and mission of its founder Habibur Rahman was to bring professionalism and high standards to the Asian Wedding market.
With a humble beginning ‘Shaadi Planners’ [meaning ‘wedding planners’] has grown to become a household name in the local community & across the country for being the name to trust for Wedding Planning, Catering, Decoration, Stages, Venue Hire, Photography & Much More.
In 2016, Shaadi Planners was re-branded to what it has now become Maria London Events. This was long overdue: the business had grown, expanded and diversified and needed a modern brand to reflect the changes in the market-place, consumer habits, customer needs, trends and to reflect on our changing clientele.
The vision was to bring his vast expertise in wedding catering to offer prospective clients and their guests mouth watering banquet food for their special day.
The décor side was important to give clients options to dress their favourite venues and transform them into the wedding venue of their dreams.
